Nestled in the heart of Udaipur, this private residence sits gracefully on a serene three-acre estate that celebrates the harmony between architecture, landscape, and light. Conceived as an axial composition, the home unfolds along a central spine that organizes the spaces into two distinct yet interconnected zones — one devoted to public leisure and wellness and the other to private family living and guest suites.

The design draws inspiration from Classical architecture, expressed through balanced proportions, graceful colonnades, and a timeless material palette. These classical cues are reinterpreted through a contemporary Indian lens, blending local textures, handcrafted detailing, and an intrinsic connection to nature.

At its heart lies a tranquil koi pond with a floating deck, surrounded by contour landscaping that gently follows the site’s natural topography. The residence flows seamlessly from double-height dining and family lounges to open courtyards, green pockets, and reflective water bodies, creating a rhythm of light, shadow, and serenity.

The Outcome

Spaces such as the spa and gym echo refined luxury and well-being, while the Puja room becomes a spiritual core — a quiet sanctuary visually connected to its surrounding greenscape. The L-shaped open sitting lounge overlooks landscaped gardens, forming an ideal setting for family gatherings and calm evenings under the golden Udaipur sky.

Every element of the residence has been thoughtfully curated to embody quiet luxury, spatial harmony, and a deep respect for context — redefining what it means to live in elegance and peace amidst nature.
